Unsupervised Change Detection Using Fuzzy Topology-Based Majority Voting

چکیده
Remote sensing change detection (CD) plays an important role in Earth observation. In this paper, we propose a novel fusion approach for unsupervised CD of multispectral remote images, by introducing majority voting (MV) into fuzzy topological space (FTMV). The proposed FTMV consists three principal stages: (1) the results different difference images produced C-means algorithm are combined using modified MV, and initial map is obtained; (2) topology theory, automatically partitioned two parts: weakly conflicting part strongly part; (3) pixels that possess little or no conflict assigned to current class, while pixel patterns with strong conflicts often misclassified relabeled supported connectivity topology. can integrate merits largely solve problem during fusion. Experimental on real confirm effectiveness efficiency method.

متن کاملLight Weight Majority Voting Based Data Accuracy Assurance Scheme for Wireless Sensor Networks Using Quadtree Topology
Sensor nodes are often deployed in unattended environment, where an adversary can capture them, so sensor nodes may send false data to the base station. Existing authentication mechanisms can not prevent such attacks. In this paper we propose a mechanism for verifying data accuracy. For this, we divide the sensor field using Quadtree-based space partitioning technique, and analyze data accuracy...
متن کاملUnsupervised ensemble change detection using kernel PCA
In this paper, we present a novel approach for unsupervised change detection on multi-spectral satellite images. The advantage of unsupervised approach over the supervised one is that the generation of an appropriated ground truth is not required. Especially, when the ground truth is not available, the unsupervised approach is the fundamental one. The unsupervised change detection method used i...
متن کاملRough Clustering Based Unsupervised Image Change Detection
This paper introduces an unsupervised technique to detect the changed region of multitemporal images on a same reference plane with the help of rough clustering. The proposed technique is a soft-computing approach, based on the concept of rough set with rough clustering and Pawlak’s accuracy. It is less noisy and avoids pre-deterministic knowledge about the distribution of the changed and uncha...
